I thought so too. Wasn't worried for most of the match. If we're solid defensively, we've got enough talent to nick a goal on the other end and get a result. It's not champagne football, but still beautiful to watch. Was all a bit eazy wasn't it.
Home Win - Tick2 clean sheets, 5 goals. Total balance happy days
For some reason, our fans thought chanting “we want Levy out” when we were on the brink of the win was a good idea.We look so solid, so balanced. The difference from last season is stunning. Brilliant performance, another clean sheet, top of the league - who can ask for more?
Agreed totally. I did not want MGW - I think he is only above average and we have players who are better than him. But I did badly want Eze. So we need a player in there. But thats it.Said at the beginning of the summer I wasnt that arsed about signings and wanted to see Frank coach the squad (so far so great on his coaching). Maddison's injury changed that a bit but I still only really want an established 10 to replace Maddison.
Although we were comfortable I somehow wasn't on my couch. Thought we were very brave to still press high and pin them back on more than a few occasions. We sapped about fifteen minutes of the second half being brave and high up at one point. I'd give Spence man of the match tbh, he has a range of passing to go with everything else.
I remember being somewhat relaxed when we trailed behind under good Poch, always thinking there was a way back. Haven't had that chance yet under Frank, but hoping for that feeling again.I was not anxious hardly at all that game - its not spurs lol
We need a quality SQUAD. It's all well and good acting like we are brilliant two games into the season (where have I seen that before), but come the business end of the season we will be tested with many injuries and suspensions and our depth isn't great.Do we need Eze?
What free role was available in this game?I hate to say it - but Eze in the freel role in this game and we would look amazing - FCUK
