The obvious answer is once the new regime are able (or not) to fix the systemic issues inherent to the previous regime.That's not what I asked.
It's not a flip of a switch just as it wasn't when Levy took over from Sugar. It took 5 years to qualify for Europe and 10 years to qualify for the fabled CL via 4th.
3 to 5 years is a reasonable timeframe to begin to see changes assuming they are actually capable of taking us forward (there is no guarantee that they are).
