I think he’d want some proper backing with decent players, I don’t think the board would give him what he wants.
He could be great, but I do think a lot of people get Xavi the manager muddled with Xavi the player to some extent.

Absolutely. None of them watched his Barcelona. They have an image in their heads about what sort of football he plays. Hes actually quite defensive but with a balance.
