Xavi is frustrating. But you can't really judge an incoming player from Europe until their second season. He still looks like the pace of it is too much for him. He is rushing his passes and trying too hard.

Look at the time and space Dortmund gave us on Tuesday - if you're a creative player over there and being given the same every week it'll be easy to look good.

You see him recieve the ball week in week out over here and look totally surprised there's an opposition player trying to challenge him within a fraction of a second.

What is worrying me is that the errors are doing basic things. 10 yard passes misplaced and wrongly weighted.

I can take having to adjust physically but he's failing at the basics for his position
