Although not my cup of tea, i think some of the comments are a bit harsh on the Spurstv duo and Cowlin - if they are able to make a living from talking about and covering Spurs, good luck to them.
I enjoyed Cowlin's regular updates on the new stadium build, that's how I first noticed him.
Also enjoy the after game comments and guests as I don't go anymore so it's nice to hear the fans perspective. If I had a hat I would take it off to him for travelling the world watching Spurs, yes he's making a living out of it but still takes some doing especially when a lot of the time watching and supporting Spurs is hard.
If it's not to your liking don't watch it, simples.

Fair enough. I liked cowlins, stadium updates at the time as I wouldn’t have the dedication to go down every week to see if the paint has dried.

But it’s a bit cringe with him trying to break stories like it’s news or that he has some sort of inside information.

But them two … no words. So yes I don’t watch, but can equally have an opinion on it also.

Same, them, Football Heritage, Tottenham Away, LWOS, Cowlin..........all proper idiots
It makes me wonder with any of them whether it was exciting and a buzz commenting and 'reporting' on Spurs?...then you start getting a following, then you start earning some money from it, then you realize engagement makes you more money, then you start being a 'talkSport' for Tottenham, then you sell your soul, then you become a grifter.

I think that is exactly the trajectory...

I don't know them personally but We Are Tottenham TV and Chris Cowlin been on the last few tours to Asia (Singapore/Bangkok, Tokyo/Seoul, Hong Kong) and they were all lovely people. The trouble is they're so beholden to the algorithm they need to be constantly churning out content. Sadly the content that resonates the most is the click bait-y stuff, so they look like tossers and end up winding up half of the fanbase.

I've mentioned on here before that Spurs Web wanted to use my data (thfcdb.com) on their site, which I was very open to. They get loads of traffic. Then on New Years Eve 2024 they put out an article from a random Turkish source about Ange being replaced: https://www.spurs-web.com/spurs-new...agreed-to-replace-ange-postecoglou-spurs-job/

fudging Spurs fans actively contributing to the negative atmosphere at the club. Promptly told them to do one and stopped sharing my data. I'm not going to be part of that utter garbage.

Ivan Toney would be a great pickup

Just saw him score a penalty with the oppo keeper trying mind games, hilarious

Saudi league? Making money but hardly a convincing league to try and get in the England squad - worth a look to get in imho
agree if he comes cheap - TF knows him and there's still time to show if TF or the players are at fault for our flaccid performance in attack

Apparently, according to the Saudi tax implications. Toney would be a liable for about £10m if he came back to the UK this January.

So I can't see it having any chance which is a shame as I think he'd be an excellent forward for us.

I think this is where my moans about things like ROTS and CFT come in, in the same way, its almost getting high on your own supply, they are contributing to the downfall and the noise around it and feeding off the celebrity

There is a guy who is on Sky outside the games before hand alot now, Stephen something, name escapes me, but he is repping the fans on TV then on socials he was at Bodo in the home end boasting about taking a ticket before their fan could have it, acted up, filmed the reaction and then made a big deal about being some hard case. Utter cnuts

I met Chris Cowlin in Perth. He was over for the W Ham pre season game a few years ago. Had a good chat with him.
He is a nice fella and clearly loves our club. Talks a lot of sense too.

Wasn't there talk previously that we were going to try and sign Illiman Ndiaye from Everton this window?
Any news/rumours on that?

Imo, he'd be a smart upgrade on Johnson

I think the only logical way for that to happen is with Richi going the other way (they love him and badly need a striker)

Summer conversation as we would need an incoming CF and they would have to take an injured player.
